I had to leave you this review because I wanted to say thank you so much for getting me out of such a sticky situation when my sons playstation broke down -he was so worried he would not be able to retrieve his game disc! its now running like a brand new one now. You took care of everything in a very timely and professional manner. Thanks a million!
